How can I get free delivery?

• If the product listed under “GREENBUS” category then a free shipping fee will be applied on every single order irrespective of order value. •Free shipping fees will be applied when the order value is AED 100 or above.

How can I exchange my order?

•If the customer is not 100% satisfied with your supplies, the customer can return the product and get exchange the product for another one. The customer can exchange the products within Seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment to the seller if the product is eligible for Exchange.

What is eDubiCart's return policy?

• The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. • The Product must with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product is not the one you placed ordered. • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too. • eDubaiCart shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. • In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub. The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt. If we receive the request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days otherwise the item will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for the delivery of the product again.

What are the service warranty terms?

• Product under service within warranty period will be repaired/replaced within (15) fifteen working days. • In case of non-availability of the spares for more than 7 days or discontinued model due to any reason could result to replace by similar item. • The Warranty Period shall be from 6 months to 1 year from the purchase date as mentioned in eDubaiCart product page or invoice from eDubaiCart.
